We are an independent, high-quality takeaway coffee shop based at West Acton Station, focused on delivering consistently excellent coffee and fast, friendly service to our local community.

We are currently looking for a reliable, experienced full-time barista to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks to a consistent standard
• Dialling in coffee and maintaining grinder/espresso setup
• Delivering fast and efficient service during busy periods
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace
• Supporting day-to-day shop operations

Requirements
• Previous experience as a barista in a busy café environment
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
