🌟 Experienced Barista – Eastern Suburbs Café (Mon–Fri) 🌟

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our busy Eastern Suburbs café team. If you love specialty coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with customers, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer
• Monday to Friday roster (no weekends!)
• Pay options: $34/hr casual OR $70,000 pa salary
• Supportive team environment in a well-established local café
• Staff meals and coffee on shift

About the Role
• Work on a specialty coffee bar pumping out 5kg+ per day
• Deliver consistently great coffee under pressure
• Keep the bar and workspace fast, clean, and organised
• Be a team player, jumping in wherever needed
• In the afternoons, take initiative on the floor: greeting customers, running food/drinks, and helping the team deliver excellent service

About You
• Strong barista skills with experience on high-volume machines
• A focus on speed, cleanliness, and quality
• Confident interacting with customers and building rapport
• Reliable, professional, and a great team player
