As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high service standards that have defined SHOT London. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritising customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns to ensure a memorable and positive experience for our diverse clientele. Actively working on nurturing client relationships to expand our customer base.
Store Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth functioning, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsible for managing the store's cash operations and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Keeping track of inventory levels and placing orders with HQ and suppliers for stock replenishment. Preparing and submitting regular reports to HQ, updating them on the store's performance and key insights.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and managing the team to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce. Efficiently organizing staff rotas to meet business demands and maintain optimal staffing levels. Monitoring staff performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity and service quality. Ensuring all essential duties are carried out efficiently in your absence.
Business Development: Handling business inquiries with professionalism and directing them appropriately to the relevant departments. Implementing company-wide marketing objectives at the store level to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Experience in client development and relationship building.
- Proficiency in handling financial aspects, such as cash management and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for specialty coffee and luxury experiences.
Salary
£33,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
