Are you a superstar manager/ cafe all rounder working in day to day operations including making coffee and being the face of our cafe
Must be a people person with a can do attitude with the ability to think on your feet and work under pressure.
Must be a confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers in a professional friendly manner.
Must be able to manage and motivate staff and daily operations
Previous experience in cafe management or supervisor is a must

Your role will include
-Recruit, supervise and coaching and managing staff
-Rostering of staff
-Oversee daily cafe operations including opening losing procedures
-Controlling purchasing and inventory levels
- Develop marketing strategies
-Previous experience as a barista in a high volume operation
-Must have professional experience with latte art
-Must have at least 2 years experience in cafe management
-Must have full working rights in Australia
-A focus on customer service and driven by results
