Join our passionate team at Albers, a new café/bistro serving "quite good grub" in the heart of De Beauvoir, London. We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Barista to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional coffee, food, and hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked coffee station
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
- Collaborate with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Alignment with Albers' core values: proper grub, relationships, culture, and atmosphere
