We are a cosy cafe nestled within Macleod Train Station, serving commuters with delicious coffee and quick bites. With a commitment to providing exceptional service and a warm atmosphere, we're seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team.

We are currently seeking a Barista to fill a part-time or casual position at our cafe. As the primary Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages efficiently during our peak hours from 6am to 9am, Monday to Friday. This role will also involve assisting with inventory management, including ordering milk, coffee beans, and other supplies, as well as ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe, including equipment and workstations.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the owner to ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer enjoys a positive experience.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Barista preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during morning rush hours.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Availability to work early mornings, Monday to Friday.
