We are looking for an enthusiastic & friendly barista who thrives in a hospitality setting & who is committed to our product & customers. Experience in speciality coffee is not essential but preferred. This job includes both taking & preparing food & drink orders as well as serving, cleaning and opening and closing of the shop.

You will be expected to carry out any jobs specified by your manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. You are expected to know and uphold our shop policies. Please note, the role is not limited to but involves the following:

• Teach others about efficient workflow, the perfect espresso shot and acing their latte art
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, rotas, stock management and inventory
• Proactively maintain all compliance standards. Ensure a clean, safe, fully operational coffee station
• Lead by example
• Have a clear vision of the level of service, quality, hygiene and professionalism expected. Drive others to achieve and maintain this standard. Always lead by example.
