Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Baristas to join our team. As a Barista at Unseen Speciality Coffee Roasters, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to the highest standards.
Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and the unique qualities of our blends.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but not mandatory. We value a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and espresso equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
