At 21 Grams, we believe in a work - life balance whilst serving delicious coffee and food to our guests. Our teams are at the heart of our success and make us stand out in the crowd. Our baristas are confident setting up and cleaning down the coffee machine, dialling in espresso and adjusting throughout the day, maintain cleanliness behind the bar and ensure you’re set up for an efficient service. Our teams are small so someone who is engaging, forward thinking and proactive is a must for us in addition to being comfortable working on your own towards the end of the day. The willingness to think about the wider needs of the coffee shop is essential as the right candidate is happy to order stock, censure food hygiene is being followed for example. We work with La Marzocco coffee machines, Mythos 1, Mythos 2 and EK43 grinders.

We have full and part time hours available. Pay is dependant on experience.
