We are centric to the lives of the locals and they love our independent café in NW London (established over 21 years ago). We have been surviving without a Senior Barista and so we are now searching for a passionate coffee expert to be our Head Barista who can ensure and maintain the quality and consistency of our coffee offering.

We are looking for an exceptional person who can help us build on our reputation for great food and the go-to-cafe for quality coffee. We need our Head Barista to have a wide knowledge of coffee and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of espresso shot assessment and quality control. You will understand brew ratios and have a working knowledge of coffee equipment. We would prefer for you to have had a decent length of time working as a senior barista in another reputable coffee shop. We serve Dark Arts coffee (and Nemi Teas). We have a La Marzocco espresso machine & a Mazzer grinder. We serve all the usual coffees and also have a brewer for filter and we also serve V60.

So to conclude, the successful candidate will have a great personality and attitude and work well as part of a team for the benefit of our customers. Our ideal person will be friendly, confident and passionate.
