We are looking for a full time manager for the StormLDN speciality coffee shop, which is adjacent to our boutique social enterprise boxing gym.

The shop is primarily speciality coffee but also serves protein shakes, and selection of pastries and some toasted sandwiches. A new weekend brunch menu is under development.

Cafe opens each day from 7.30am to 4.30pm

The successful candidate should be passionate about coffee and food, and have a strong personality and be well organised.

Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the cafe, including;
Organising shifts and cover as necessary, with second Barista
Ordering and paying for all supplies, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained.
Be the Lead barista - make beautiful coffee
Build good rapport with our loyal customers
Organising the opening and closing the shop
End of day close down - cleaning and preparing for next day opening

Other:
Manage online digital marketing (Instagram)
Develop a brunch box for sale and delivery on the Deliveroo platform
Develop a range of breakfast bowls and a new brunch menu for the weekend
