As Need a Barista grows its permanent recruitment business in the UK, we’re looking for a talented recruitment professional/relationship manager to join our team!
About the role:
Based entirely WFH, with flexibility on hours, this role sits somewhere between a relationships manager and a recruiter, and is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
You will guide client enquiries from their first contact with us through to securing them the perfect candidate for their business, while making them feel supported and undersood.
From writing job ad copy, to sourcing hospo candidates/applicants from traditional and non-traditional sources (social media, personal networks, job boards), this role will suit you if you have great customer service skills AND recruitment chops. You’ll make this role your own, so you’ll be an independent problem solver.
The ideal candidate:
- You’ve got at least 2 years experience in a customer facing/business development role like hospitality management, hospitality sales, or 2 years experience in recruitment (industry agnostic). Perhaps you’ve worked in sales for a roaster or wholesaler, and are looking for a vertical movement
- You’re an independent worker that doesn’t need constant direction, and thrives in an environment where you’re constantly problem solving and creating solutions that get the job done.
- You’re a top notch communicator, that is comfortable having uncomfortable and challenging conversations
- You’re fantastic with people, and love creating and building professional relationships
- Ideally you have a large network of hospitality workers in London/UK, OR an understanding of how to create one
- You have full working rights in the UK
For this role, the amount of recruitment experience you have isn’t as important as the kind of person you are. If you’re from the hospo industry, are great with people, align with our values of inclusivity and mutual respect, and are looking for a long term position in a growing company, then we encourage you to apply! Please include a cover letter outlining your suitability, as well as a CV.
Due to the volume of applicants we’re receiving we will unfortunately only be contacting those that have been shortlisted, but we do thank you in advance for taking the time to apply
