Looking for a competent barista, who can run a machine on their own but is happy to share it. The most important aspect to this job will be customer interaction and personality. So, please come with a smile.

It is a small cafe, focused on takeaway coffee and food in North Sydney, expecting to do around 40kg pw to start and hopefully build from there. Using Barrel One beans, the La Marzocca GB 5 with 3 group heads and the Izaga grinder with an auto tamper.

6am-2pm, Mon-Fri, public holidays off and 2-weeks over Christmas off.

Must have a least 1 year experience as a barista, be quick and tidy, and have a friendly attitude.
