We're recruiting for a part-time Assistant Manager to supervise the cafe in the absence of the cafe manager 2-3 days a week. This includes regular Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as weekend shift cover as required. We're open 9-4 daily, and shifts are 8:30-5.
This is an informal cafe, serving an all-day menu but can get extremely busy, particularly at weekends. We're looking for someone with solid restaurant manager experience to run a smooth shift in addition to keeping on top of operational duties such as orders, inventory, HACCP and cleaning tasks.
Benefits include a tronc of around £3/hr, paid breaks, staff food and an employee discount at our deli opposite.
