Hi everyone!

We are looking for a Head Barista to supervise the coffee area and help us to spin some tasty Chinos, Sangas and Yarns. (2-4 days, Monday to Friday Only are available).

We at 'Ground Up' operate a fun, easy going corporate cafe on St Kilda Road. The building is tenanted by the Just Group, think Just Jeans, Portmans, Dotti.... The customers are warm, kind and up for a laugh and a delicious coffee. (Opportunity for sample sales!!!).

We use the Coffee Supreme blend 'Boxer' and have a 2 Group La Marzocco PB with a Mazzer grinder.

Service involves 2-3 staff. One head barista, one barista/all rounder and one person in the kitchen.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Dial in and follow coffee recipe.
- Tweak the coffee profile depending on roast dates and blends.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Basic coffee machine and grinder cleaning/maintenance.
