Francini Cafe de Colombia is currently looking for a F&B with experience to keep our status as the no. 1 Coffee shop in Worcester, highlighting our brand principles of happiness and kindness.

As an F&B passionate enthusiast you will be a valued part of a tight-knit team that loves the buzz of working under pressure in a well-known and much-loved business!

You will work under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and together with the crew to ensure that wonderful experience that is the Francini Standard.

Role Responsibilities
-Essential Skills & Duties of a F&B
assistant:

. Present and deliver food and
beverages to tables effectively.
. Friendly interactions with customers
and other staff
. Maintain high standards of service at
all times
. Experience in restaurant duties as you
wil be learning; menus, promotions,
handling of kitchen utensils and
presentation of food and drinks
