In November 2018 Badiani opened its Central Production Unit in Battersea, the biggest artisan gelato laboratory in the UK. What you will be doing:

Looking for a coffee enthusiast with possibly gelato experience to work in a beautiful gelato and coffee environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
> Grinding and brewing coffee
> Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and educating clients and colleagues about these coffees
> Taking client orders and receiving payment
> Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers
> Maintaining a clean and sanitised working environment
> Following health and safety guidelines
> Regularly performing stock checks in the coffee bar and placing new orders
> Being aware of and following operational policies and procedures
> Being punctual and maintaining regular and consistent attendance
> Contributing to a positive work environment
> Scooping gelato and having knowledge of gelato preparations

> The ability to work flexible hours and shifts which may include early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
> Fluency in English. Knowledge of Italian is a bonus point.
