Brass Monkey is a new Coffee and Art shop opening in Radlett - in March 2022 and its going to be a vibe!

We are looking for an experienced and talented barista to join and potentially lead our new BM coffee crew, with the opportunity to grow with the company as we scale the business.

Located 1 minute from the Thameslink Radlett Station.

We are striving to produce the highest standard of coffee using quality beans and high end La Marzocco equipment as well as offering outstanding service, easy breakfast foods and patisserie - all locally sourced and delivered to the shop daily.
We are heavily invested in zero plastics, full sustainability, recyclable everything with all ethically and locally sourced food and drink.

You will need to:
1. Love the look on peoples face as you deliver the best coffee they have ever tasted!
2. Be able to dial in coffees to achieve optimum extraction / taste.
3. Be able to steam milk / produce latte art.
4. Have a love for music and art.

We are looking for individuals with experience in the speciality coffee industry who want to join us for this exciting journey and appreciate the art of fine coffee and customer service.
