La Ciclista is a cycling hub in East Sheen with café, services and on site secure bike parking.
Our second shop in Hampton Wick will be opening in Q2 2022.
We don't just cater for cyclists - everyone is welcome.

We’re looking for energetic, motivated people, ideally with some hospitality experience to strengthen our core team.
An interest in sport and the great outdoors is welcome!

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist with open/close shop
- Work productively with small team on shift
- Provide amazing service
- Follow procedures & lead by example
- Maintain and follow health & safety rules
- Liaise with shop managers
- Be effective with communication
- Be flexible with availability to work shifts
- Ensure shop is kept to our high cleanliness & hygiene standards
- Assist with stock take & orders

Barista experience would be beneficial but is not essential - we will train you.
We value a proactive attitude and a willingness to listen as well as contribute ideas.

This role is perfect for a gap year / university student or a new graduate looking to gain some management experience, an understanding of how to run a small business and to learn about the hospitality industry.

Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
