We strive to make speciality coffee accessible and enjoyable for all. Serving superb coffee in creative and inspiring surroundings, alongside fresh seasonal food, made from scratch by our skilled chefs.

We roast our own coffee in our Roastery in Shadwell and ensure a close connection between our cafes and our wholesale business with regular cupping and training sessions.

As the company grows we are constantly looking at development of our team members, with new sites opening this year there is a fantastic opportunity for growth within the business.

About the right candidate:

We need people who not only love coffee but love people, as putting customers at the heart of everything you do in the front of house role is key. All our staff have a passion for coffee and love interacting with customers. We want your personalities to shine through and ensure each and every customer’s demands are catered for.

Areas of Responsibility:

Deliver top rate customer service at all times

Be a quality coffee champion

To make and serve espresso-based and filter coffees

Support the Head Barista in relation to quality control

Support your colleagues and work in all areas of the shop

Contribute to smooth daily running of the store, including maintenance and cleaning
