Busy Cafe Coffee shop in Berwick (7kgs a day plus),

We are looking for an adaptable staff member to join us as soon as possible. You must have proven experience as a Barista in a high volume, quick turn around situation and have the ability to produce consistently great coffee and milk. You must also be willing to take some direction, and adapt as service and demand requires.

Hours are negotiable depending on the person although some early starts will be required during some week days, and availability on weekends is a must. We do schedule weekends with rotational weekend days off.
Currently the position is offered as Part Time however this may turn into Full Time for the right applicant.

We offer a minimum of 20hrs as a starting point with additional hours weekly and during holidays as required

Most of all we are looking for an honest, efficient and friendly team player with exceptional customer service skills.

This position is based in Berwick VIC 3806, so would suit someone who lives locally
