Apple Butter is a local 60-cover Cafe concept in Seven Dials, Covent Garden
Open from 9-18pm serving all day breakfasts, comforting sandwiches, light bites, salads and Instagram able desserts. Speciality coffee is a focus and takeaway is available.

The ideal Head Barista/Barista will ideally have:
- previous experience working as a Barista in a café or coffee shop
- bags of personality
- latte art and skills
- bean knowledge
- grinder set up and quality control
