The Boot Factory is a Café/Eatery located within a heritage listed building in the iconic Pentridge Estate Coburg. We strive to provide patrons with an exceptional food and beverage offering operating 7 days per week.
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate hospitality Part-Time Cafe - All rounder for waitering duties and with coffee skills over a number of shifts across weekdays/weekends.

The successful applicant must have at least 2 years of experience and possess the following:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - to liaise and communicate with staff and customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Keen understanding of POS, financial and food & beverage operations
- Possess solid coffee skills
· Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times including hosting during busy periods
Key Responsibilities will include:
- To conduct waitering activities and occasional coffee support
- Record and manage all financial transactions via POS
- General duties as required by the venue manager, manage sections accordingly
